If the information does not exist, we will notify the customer accordingly.
However, this does not apply where we are not obligated to disclose under applicable laws.

If a customer requests correction, addition, or deletion (hereinafter “Correction, etc.”) due to inaccuracies, we will conduct necessary investigations without delay and make corrections as appropriate, after confirming the requester’s identity.
We will notify the customer of the result.
However, this does not apply where we are not obligated under applicable laws.
10. Suspension or Deletion of Use of Personal Information
If a customer requests suspension or deletion of use (hereinafter “Suspension, etc.”) due to misuse beyond the stated purpose or improper acquisition, and the request is found to be valid, we will take action without delay and notify the customer.
However, this does not apply where we are not obligated under applicable laws.
11. Use of Cookies and Other Technologies
(1) Our services may use cookies and similar technologies to analyze usage and improve services.
Users can disable cookies through browser settings, but some functions may become unavailable.
